What was the highlight of Scandic Eremitage
Good location but very poor facilities.
Location
Bathroom was really disappointing. After taking a shower the whole floor was wet and there were no towel for the floor provided. There were a lot of black mould in bathroom. No tissue available in bathroom. The blankets were long enough but too narrow!! No kettle and instant coffee provided in room which is very disappointing for the price of room.

Pleasant
Location is great. Close to train station and lots of restaurants.
No air conditioning. Bathroom needs remodeling.

Having said that, we have enjoyed our stay. Keep up the good work! L-T needs you guys!
The great variety of food in the breakfast (Also, the staff including what I think the cook, and the guy, I guess his name was Mustafa, excellent staff! assisting the guests). Other staff at the reception: Excellent people! Excellent location, particularly for those people who have business in this area, DTU, Microsoft, etc.; Being associated with DTU (a retired Professor from DTU), an excellent place to stay!
I feel that the interior (the rooms) need a bit of restoration: the worn-out curtains, old and worn-out stuff in the bathroom; the rooms need painting; Also, we missed a small fridge/refrigerator, a tea kit, etc. in the room, the usual stuff!
